Applicable Terms & Conditions

➤ All the above mentioned rates are applicable only for corporate individual
traveler stay and valid for fresh bookings. Rates will not be changes for existing
bookings made with Raj Vilas Hotel & Resort, Maharajgunj. All the above rates are non-commissionable and rates quoted are in Indian rupees.
➤ All the above mentioned rates are not applicable for any residential conferences and marriage functions.
➤ Any specific rooms types quoted above are subject to availability. Block-out dates would apply for all sold out periods or in-case of any special event in the city.
➤ Please note that our standard check-in time is 12.00 noon & check-out time is 11.00 am. Early arrival from 8.00hrs and late departure up to 15.00hrs is subject to availability. Check-in period to 08.00hrs are held from the previous evening and charges will be extra.
➤ In the absence of accredit card guarantee / bill to company letter / arrival details, reservations will be held on provisional basis up to 72 hrs prior to the arrival date thereafter the rooms would be released and offered subject to availability.
➤ In the event of No show or cancellation within 48hrs prior to arrival date would attract one night retention charge on the confirmed rate. Cancellation in case of a bulk booking would be 15 days.
➤ If your company is on approved credit list, then bill to company (BTC) facility can be extended against written instruction from the company letterhead /email in all such cases, the bill has to be settled within 15 days from the date of departure. In the absence of the billing instruction letter from the company, the guest may be asked to pay the bill at the time of departure.
➤ Any kind of damage in the rooms will be charged to guests as per the hotel rates.
➤ Outside Food in strictly not allowed in the Hotel Premises.
➤ Visitors are not allowed in the guest rooms after 18.00 hrs.
